Getting started
Wallets & accounts
Supported wallets, using several wallets at once, and connecting a hardware wallet.
Supported wallets
| Network | Wallets |
|---|---|
| Solana | Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Ledger and any other Wallet Standard wallet |
| Zipr wallet | A Solana wallet made and sealed in this browser, or one that follows your email, Google or passkey login |
Multiple wallets
Use the account switcher in the header to watch additional addresses alongside your connected wallet. Enter any Solana address to add it as a read-only account, then switch between accounts to view each one's Portfolio. To send funds from an address, connect that wallet.
Give each account a name, such as "Long-term" or "Trading", so it's easy to tell them apart. Names are stored on your device only.
Hardware wallets
Zipr supports Ledger devices. Connect through Settings → Security or choose Ledger in the wallet list. When a hardware wallet is connected, a shield icon appears in the header, and every transaction must be approved on the device itself.
Why use a hardware wallet
Your private key never leaves the device, so even a compromised computer cannot sign a transaction without your physical approval.
Signing in
Some actions ask you to sign a short message that proves you own the address. Signing a message costs nothing, sends no transaction and cannot move funds. Always read what your wallet shows before you sign.
