The rules for using Zipr.
Last updated: September 2026. By connecting a wallet or using Zipr you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Zipr.
What Zipr is
Zipr is non-custodial software: an interface that helps you swap tokens, discover new tokens, trade perpetual futures on Lighter, and use prediction markets. Zipr is not a bank, broker, exchange or investment adviser. It never holds your funds or private keys, and every transaction is signed by you. Trades run on third-party blockchains and protocols that Zipr does not control.
Who can use Zipr
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for making sure that using Zipr, including leveraged products and prediction markets, is legal where you live. Some services are restricted in some countries, and Zipr may not be available to you.
- You may not use Zipr if you are subject to sanctions or use it for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, seed phrase, devices and every transaction you sign. Zipr can't reverse or recover them.
- Check the token, amount, network and address before you sign. Blockchain transactions are final.
- Don't abuse the service: no automated attacks, attempts to overload it, or gaming of the Points and referral programs.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your trading.
Fees
Some features carry a Zipr fee, shown before you confirm and described in Fees. You also pay network fees and the fees of the exchange or protocol you trade on. Zipr Points and referral rewards have no guaranteed value and may be changed or ended.
Third-party services
Zipr connects to services it does not run, including blockchains, Lighter, Polymarket, Uniswap, Relay, MoonPay, RPC providers and price and token data sources. Their availability, accuracy, fees and terms are theirs, and your use of them is under their terms. Token data, safety scores and honeypot or tax checks are informational and can be wrong or out of date.
Risks
Trading digital assets, leveraged perpetuals and prediction markets can lose you all your money. New tokens are often scams or illiquid. Read the Risk disclosure. Nothing in Zipr is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
No warranty and liability
Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits. You agree to cover claims arising from your own breach of these terms or unlawful use of Zipr.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the service, at any time. The date above shows the latest version; using Zipr after a change means you accept it. See also the Privacy Policy.
