Risk disclosure
The risks of trading digital assets, leveraged products and prediction markets.
General risks
- Digital asset prices are highly volatile and can fall to zero.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to a wrong address or lost through a mistaken approval cannot be recovered.
- Smart contracts can contain vulnerabilities, even when audited.
- Networks can become congested, making transactions slow or expensive to confirm.
- Past performance, rankings and returns shown in Zibr do not predict future results.
New tokens & memecoins
Most newly launched tokens lose most or all of their value. Common risks include liquidity being withdrawn by the creator, concentrated ownership, hidden contract functions that block selling, and coordinated price manipulation. Zibr's risk scores are automated signals based on on-chain data; they can be wrong and are not a recommendation.
Leveraged perpetuals
- Leverage magnifies losses. You can lose your entire margin quickly, and positions can be liquidated automatically.
- Funding payments can reduce your balance over time while a position is open.
- During volatile markets, orders may fill at prices far from what you expected, and stop losses may execute at worse prices.
Prediction markets
You can lose the full amount you spend on shares of an outcome that does not occur. Markets resolve according to Polymarket's rules and resolution sources, which Zibr does not control. Resolution can be disputed or delayed.
Third-party protocols
Trades execute on independent protocols: Jupiter, pump.fun, Relay and MoonPay. Zibr does not operate them and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, fees, rules or any loss arising from their failure.
Regulatory status
Digital assets, leveraged derivatives and prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some countries. You are responsible for making sure your use of Zibr complies with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations. Zibr is non-custodial software; it is not a broker, exchange, bank or financial advisor.
